Each exhibit table includes one-six foot table, two chairs, and access to Wi-Fi.
The Sheraton Flowood will begin accepting packages no earlier than September 24, 2026. Please follow the labeling information below to ensure timely delivery of your materials:

Exhibits must remain open through the posted exhibit hours of the conference. You may begin to tear down at 10:30am on Wednesday, September 30.
We are expecting 300 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.
