EXHIBIT DETAILS

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee.

If you did not order electricity when you registered and would like to add it, please contact conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org for assistance.

EXHIBIT DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

SHIPPING

If you need to ship your display or materials, please plan to have them arrive at the venue NO EARLIER THAN SEPTEMBER 24, 2025. Please clearly mark your boxes with your organization's name, the name of the person who will be picking up the materials, and the words EXHIBIT TABLE to ensure delivery to your exhibit.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Sponsors and exhibitors are expected to adhere to the MSSCA Conference Code of Conduct. In addition, they must also follow these sponsor/exhibitor-specific rules:

Sponsors and exhibitors must conduct business at their exhibit space only (unless sponsoring a meal function).
Sponsor and exhibitor activities must not interfere with counselor learning.
Sponsor and exhibitor activities must not impede another sponsor/exhibitor's ability to conduct business at their exhibit space.
Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.

EXHIBIT STAFF

MSSCA must be notified of the names and email addresses of all individuals who will staff your exhibit table during the conference. Please note that there is a limit of two representatives per exhibit at any given time due to space constraints.

All sponsorships priced at $1,000 and up include meals for two representatives per day of the conference. Exhibit only packages include meals for one representative per day. Meals for a second representative may be added for $200, or you can add a second representative for no cost but no meals are provided.

ATTENDANCE

We are expecting up to 260 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.
